LA CARAVANE FRANCOFUN was founded in response to the growing need of the Francophile and Francophone Community of Western Queens.
We offer family Friendly and Innovative French Immersion programs for kids and adults in Western Queens and Brooklyn! Reggio-Emilia inspired, our classes are taught in a joyful, fun and stress-free environment and all teachers are French native speakers.
COVID-19 Update: Due to the pandemic, we have decided not to renew our lease for the year. We are now on "the road again" but even more dedicated to serve best we can the Francophone and francophlile community of New York and boyond, with class both in person and onlone!
Our teaching approach is a wonderful adventure, filled with fun learning, discoveries and hands-on activities!
Project-based & Reggio Emilia inspired, we focus on children’s natural ability and will to learn while fostering imagination, reflection and language skills. Length and type of classes varies depending on the audience age.
Spring session 2021 is open!
This spring, we'll be offering online and In-person/outdoor classes!
All our class will be French immersive and project-based!
As our in-person class will also be outdoor, students will be encourage to use the "natural surrounding" as a provocation.
Our online class are French immersive, and highly engaging and yes, still project-based! Yes, even behind their screen, our students are still expected to create and do in order to learn French!

As a parents, educators & language teachers , we experienced first hand bilingualism and multiculturalism in our family & our community. We believe it's a gift for children and families, we think that families deserve to have great and affordable programs .
